WINDOW INSTALLATION GUIDE
All bottom
mount units must have a retaining bar (that would prohibit the unit from falling out if the
window was opened).
All bottom mount units in excess of 75 pounds or which extend more than 10" beyond the window line should also have supporting legs or diagonal braces.
All top mount units should have sufficient structural support beneath the unit which is sufficient to support the installation without sagging.

A certificate of Proper Installation is to be submitted at the time of installation.
