HamiltonAir Company, Inc. is a family business established in 1962, which services and installs all types of air conditioning systems for the high end Manhattan residential renovation market, and is best known for specializing in the varied and unique requirements of residences in pre-war and landmarked buildings.

HamiltonAir is an authorized repair agent for the major manufacturers of the air conditioning that they service and install. The types of air conditioning systems range from portable and window units to thru-the-wall units ( heating / cooling or cooling only), to ductless split systems, with individual room units, to multi-room ducted systems.

The thru-the-wall air conditioning accounts for the majority of their business. The advanced electronic control systems they can install on the central air conditioning include modems which allow HamiltonAir to monitor the customer's systems and make minor changes from their office.
